Our Financials

East Meets West has invested more than $105 million in serving the people of Asia over the last 25 years. We work hard to keep our costs down. Our 2011 consolidated audited financial statements reflect that:

92% goes towards program expenses
5% goes towards  fundraising
3% goes towards management and general expenses

Please note that the financial information presented here refers to two separate nonprofit organizations presented in consolidated form. East Meets West has a subsidiary called Reach Vietnam that manages large construction projects. On ratings sites such as Charity Navigator, Guidestar.org or The Foundation Center, the tax returns (IRS Form 990) for EMW and Reach Vietnam will be listed separately.
